HOW TO PREPARE IMMUNITY BOOSTER DRINK/ HERBAL TEA:

Items you need:
Mortar and Pestle, Pan, Gas Burner or Induction Cook Top.
Ingredients:
Honey
Raw turmeric - 1/2 inch piece ( Or ½ spoon powder if raw
turmeric not available)
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Lemon
Fennel seeds - 1 tbs
Green Cardamom - 2
Fresh Mint Leaves- 8 to 10 pieces
Put ginger, turmeric, fennel seeds, green cardamom &
Mint leaves in the mortal.
Crush it properly.
Add all the crushed material in boiling water.
Boil it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
Keep on stirring otherwise, it may boil out of the pan.
Switch off the burner or induction cooktop and cover pan
with a lid.
After 5 minutes :
Remove the cover from the pan.
Reheat it before serving.
Add honey in serving cups according to your taste.
Pour the tea in the cups.
Squeeze lemon juice as per taste.
The color of tea will change slightly after adding lemon juice.
Total time to prepare this tea is about 10 minutes only.

instead of regular milk tea.
Take ginger-turmeric herbal tea for 3-4 days; then shift to ajwain leaves for next 3-4 days
and then with rose-petals and you can continue this way to harness the maximum
benefits of all the herbs.
