Ingredients for marination:
•Raw Fish – 2 large pieces of fish
•Salt as per taste
•Pepper powder – Pinch
•Lemon juice – 1 tsp
•White vinegar – 1/4th tsp
•Oil for brushing only.
Ingredients for Sauce:
•Lemon juice – 1tsp
•Chopped garlic – 1 tsp
•Butter – 1 tsp
•Green coriander – 1 tsp
Method:
First of all, marinate the fish.
1. Make some slits in the fish. (2-3 small one)
2.Add all the marination ingredients in it.
Cooking the fish:
1.Take a nonstick grill pan and heat it. Brushing the oil in it.
2.Place 2 large pieces of marinated fish in it with skin side down.
3.Cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame on one side and flip it.
4.Further cook it on other side for 3 minutes on medium flame.
How to prepare sauce:
1.Heat a pan and add butter to it.
2.After melting the butter add chopped garlic and Sauté it for 1 to 2 minutes. (remember, we are not browning the garlic, we just want to get rid of its raw flavor)
3.Add lemon juice and green coriander in it. Switch off the flame.
4.Mix it well.
Plating time:
•Place the grilled fish in a plate and pour the sauce on it.
•Garnish it with green coriander (Eat it like a snack or with rice)
