Crispy corn
Ingredients :-
Boiled corn
– 200gm
Corn flour –
2 tbs
Rice flour –
2 tbs
Refined oil
for frying
Mix all the ingredients ( mix both the flour immediately after boiling the corn as
boiled corn retain moisture which helps in perfect coating of both flours)
Fry it on medium flame till crispy golden brown.
For Tadka :-
Chopped onion – 1 medium size
Chopped garlic – ½ tsp
Salt – 1/4th tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4th
tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/4th
tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbs
Oil for sauting
Chopped green coriander for
garnishing
Method :-
Add oil in a pan. After heating the oil
add chopped onion and garlic. Just saute it. Add fried corn to it. Add salt,
chaat masala, black pepper powder and red chilly powder. Switch off the flame.
In last squeeze the lemon juice on it. Mix it well . Garnish it with chopped
green coriander and serve it immediately.
Note : Serve the crispy corn
immediately otherwise you will get less crunchiness as the time passes.
