Roasted and semi  crushed peanuts – ½ cup

Boiled potatoes  (medium size ) – 2

Green coriander – 1/4 th cup

Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

Salt and black pepper powder - according to taste

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Method –

Keep all the balls in pits one by one. Turn them  from time to time until you  get golden brown color. It will take 4-5 minutes on low flame. Serve it with home made tomato sauce ( without onion and garlic in fast).

This recipe is rich in carbohydrates . Thus it will provide you energy for a long time. Peanuts are rich in protein and  so it is a  veryhealthy and nutritious recipe.
