It is a food prepared from the cotyledons of the common wheat plant. we can find it in the market either as a juice or in powder form. Some consumers grow it in their homes. It is allowed to grow longer. It is considered as a super food because of its ability to solve many health issues .It contains vitamin A, vitamin B1,Vitamin B2,vitamin B3,vitamin B6,vitamin B12,folic acid, vitamin E ,vitamin K ,calcium , Iron and chlorophyll which are easily absorbed by the body.

Benefits:-

·Wheat grass has anti ageing properties.

·Helps to maintain blood pressure and blood vessels by dilating the pathways of blood         vessels.

·Improves hemoglobin level by increasing the number of RBC.

·It acts as a de-toxificant and keeps the intestine healthy.

·Builds immunity and keeps the infections away.

·Helps to improve energy levels.

·Helps to combat obesity. It stimulates the thyroid gland and hence helps to deal with             obesity, ingestion.

·Helps to conceive.

·Note :- It is advisable not to be taken by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

·Dose: In powder form add 2 gm in water and consume it everyday. In liquid form 1 ounce   is enough.
