Ingredients: -
· Crushed mint leaves- ½ tsp
· Crushed basil (Tulsi) leaves- ½ tsp
· Crushed ginger- 1/2tsp
· Water-2½ cup
Method: -
· Mix all the ingredients in water and
boil it at medium heat.
· Keep aside it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes
again boil it for about 1 minute and sieve it.
Note: - 1) You can add sugar to it, but if you
want to get the real antioxidants then you should drink it without sugar.
2) You can also add lemon to it for different
taste. Lemon will change its color .
