Add 2 cups of water in a pan.
Put ginger, turmeric, fennel seeds, green cardamom & Mint leaves in the mortal.
Crush it properly.
Add all the crushed material in boiling water.
Boil it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
Keep on stirring it, otherwise it may boil out of pan.
