POTATO SALAD
Despite the Potatoes widespread popularity today, it was previously thought to be completely inedible and even poisonous. However , this nutrient dense tuber is packed with a variety of vitamins, minerals and phtochemicals that ward off disease and benefits human health.
Ingridients:
Boiled &
peeled potatoes – 3 medium sized
Onions in
long slices – 1 medium size.
Radish cut in any shape– 1 medium size(preferably red color)
Mayonese – 2
tbs
Thick yogurt
– 2 tbs
Salt &
black pepper : as per taste
Garlic
paste- 1 tsp
Chat masala
– 1 tsp
Lemon juice
– 1 tbs
Chopped
green coriander – 2 tbs
For tadka :
Fennel seeds
– ½ tsp
Mustard
seeds – ½ tsp
Kalonji-1/4th tsp
Jeera- ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbs
Method : Cut the peeled & boiled potatoes into small pieces as per your favorite shape & size . Mix all the ingredients into it one by one except tadka mareial. Mix it well .
Now make tadka by putting oil in pan and heating it up . Fry the fennel seeds , mustard , jeera and kalonji . Now add this Tadka to the previous mixture . Shake it and you have ready to eat potato salad.
So healthy
& yummy to eat.
