Ingredients:
-2 Cup Poha
- 1 cup mix Vegetables
- 1 small chopped green chilly
- Roasted Peanuts
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Curry and coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
Method :
- Rinse the Poha
thoroughly and keep aside for 15 minute.
- In a pan add 1tsp of
oil (Ricella or Olive oil or Canola oil) .
- Heat it up and add
mustard and curry leaves to it.
- When they split then
add one bowl of chopped mix vegetables (Carrot, Capsicum, Potatoes etc) and fry
it.
- Add salt , turmeric
powder and chilies .
- Now add the Poha and
roasted peanuts to it.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and before serving squeeze lemon juice and
garnish it with coriander leaves .Your tasty Poha is ready to eat.
