Do not think of it just as a garnishing material only !!! It has many benefits:

It is also helpful in recurrent ear or nose infections.

like a tonic for your heart.

essential oil helps in inhibiting the cancerous tumor. That’s why we call
it chemo -protective food. It helps in reducing certain cancers like skin
,breast cancer.
· Menstruation disorder :- The
presence of apiole oil in parsley makes it effective in regulating
periods.
· It is rich in carotenoids
and thus improves the vision.
NOTE :- Parsley contains measurable amount of oxalate
. Due to this reason individuals with already existing kidney or gallbladder
problems should avoid to eat parsley.
Parsley should not be consumed by pregnant women as it could lead
to uterine stimulation and preterm labor.
