RULES FOR REMAINING HEALTHY:-


·Restrict the intake of salt & fat.

·Aim for 2 serves of fruits everyday.

·Aim 4-5 serves of vegetables everyday.

·Avoid food that contain trans fats such as French fries and burgers & commercial food also such as cakes, pies,     biscuits etc.

·Stick to water as your professional drink.

·Do not take water with meals, but half an hour before or an hour after a meal.

·Eat slowly, chew your food thoroughly and never eat to full stomach.

·Use olive oil but in limit.
