Recipe of Ajwain Leaves Chutney:
Ajwain Leaves - 50 gm
Green Coriander leaves- 50gm
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Chopped chili - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder
-1/2tsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1tbs
Water - 1tbs
Let's Start
Wash coriander & carom leaves thoroughly. Separate the carrom leaves from the stem. Discard the stem
Chop the carom leavesChop the coriander leaves
Add coriander leaves to the mixer jar
Add chopped carom leaves
Add salt
Add Green chili
Add roasted cumin seeds powder
Add fennel seeds powder
Add lemon juice
Add water
Grind it
Garnish it with carom leaves
