Recipe of Ajwain Leaves Chutney:

 Ajwain Leaves - 50 gm

Green Coriander leaves- 50gm

Black salt - 1/2 tsp

Chopped chili - 1 tsp

Roasted cumin seeds powder 

-1/2tsp

Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp

Lemon juice - 1tbs

Water - 1tbs

Let's Start

Wash coriander & carom leaves thoroughly. Separate the carrom leaves from the stem. Discard the stem

Chop the carom leavesChop the coriander leaves

Add coriander leaves to the mixer jar

Add chopped carom leaves

Add salt

Add Green chili

Add roasted cumin seeds powder

Add fennel seeds powder

Add lemon juice

Add water 

Grind it

Garnish it with carom leaves

Benefits of Ajwain Leaves

It helps in indigestion

It helps in stomach ache

it helps in painful menstruation.

It helps in weight loss

Note – Ajwain is not suitable for pregnant and lactating mothers or for persons suffering from some serious health disorder.

Q: Can we grow the Carom/Ajwain plant in a pot?

Yes, You can grow the Carom plant in a pot. It does not ask for much care.

 If you do not digest the food, then eat this chutney with food, the food will digest quickly.
