Veg almond soup (Healthy Liver recipe)
Veg almond soup is one
of the very tasty , nutritious and mouth watering soup for your cuisine. It is
rich in nutrients and light on your stomach.
Ingredients:-
Cabbage – 200 gm
Chopped Onion – 1 (medium size)
Chopped Potato – 1 (medium size)
Soaked and peeled almonds – 15- 20 pieces
Butter - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Black or white pepper powder -1/4th tsp
Salt – as per your taste
Water – 75o ml
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Method :-
-Put butter in a pan and add onions to it . Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
-Now add chopped cabbage , potato, salt & water. Boil it for 10 – 15 minutes .
-Now add 10 pieces of soaked and peeled almonds.
-Blend it properly in a blender.
-After blending add remaining chopped almonds , roasted & crushed cumin seeds and black or white pepper powder .
Your tasty and healthy veg. almond soup is ready.
Before serving add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and whipped cream .
