Broccoli:-

It is very helpful in inhibiting the growth of cancerous cells. It is full of vitamin K .

Dose:- one medium stalk of broccoli in a day

Garlic:-

It contains allicin which inhibits the growth of bacteria and acts as an anti inflammatory .

Dose:- few pieces of garlic per day

Dark chocolates  :-

It is rich in antioxidants which reduce the bad LDL cholesterol and increase the level of HDL (Good cholesterol)

Dose :- 10 gm of  dark chocolate is sufficient for a day
