Stuffed Veg Balls



Sooji (semolina) – 1 cup

Curd – ½ cup

Chopped vegetables 1 cup(capsicum, carrot ,green coriander etc)

Salt – ½ tsp or according to your taste

Black pepper – ¼ tsp or according to your taste

Chopped green  chillies  – ½ tsp (this is optional)

oil – 2-3 tbs

Eno – ½ tsp

Water – ¼ cup

Method:- Mix sooji  and curd ,now add water very slowly.  Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes . After 10 minutes check the consistency of batter . If it feels thick you can add little more water. Batter should be neither thick nor thin. Now add the whole chopped vegetables, salt ,  black pepper and Eno. Mix all these things . Grease the vegetable balls maker and put it on gas stove .Now pour the batter in each round ball and bake it for 3 minutes. After 3 minute change the side of veg balls .After 3 minutes  the yummy veg balls are ready to serve with mint coriander chutney or tomato sauce.


NOTE :  In this recipe very little oil is required for baking , so it is a healthy food with lots of vegetables and minimum fats .You can add roasted/ chopped dry fruits also along with vegetables.
