How to prepare detoxifying flavored water at Home ?
Clean drinking/potable water – 1 litre.
Lemon juice - 1 tbs.
Chopped ginger – 1” piece.
Mint leaves – 10 – 12.
Cucumber – 10 -12 slices.
Lemon wedges – 2 to 3 pieces.
Add squeezed lemon juice to water.
Now add chopped ginger , mint leaves , Lemon wedges and cucumber to it.
Keep aside the mixture for 1 to 2 hours.
You can keep it in refrigerator during summer season.
After 1-2 hours you can drink it.
No need to add any salt etc. It tastes yummy even without it.
Aim of waiting for 2 hours – All the ingredients will leave their flavor, vitamins, minerals etc in 2 hours.
Note – 2 bottles of this water in a day is sufficient to clean your body. This will help increase your water intake. After 2 hours if you consume it fully you can add more water to it. Just add one tbs of lemon juice to it. No need to add other ingredients. Again it will taste same in 1 to 2 hours.
Must try it…... You will feel fresh, energetic and de-toxified after consuming this drink.
